General
Yes – All of the cardboard used in our manufacturing processes meets the standards of the US Food and Drug Administration or their European equivalent.
All of the cardboard we source is made of paper from the Well Managed Forests program or recycled pulp. The vast majority of our products are recyclable and compostable.
No – we don’t have shop on-site. Account holders can pick up orders they have placed with 2 hours’ notice. We have a showroom available for client meetings.
Application for trade accounts are welcome. Cash Sales are made by way of Bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
Yes – we currently provide product to a number of clients throughout the Pacific. The client arranges their own shipping and we deliver to their nominated agent.
Stock Products
We hold a large inventory of our stock products which are available for immediate shipment.
Orders received by 11am, can be dispatched same day. North Island deliveries are normally made next business day. South Island deliveries take 2 business days. Small town and rural deliveries may take longer.
Custom Products
Absolutely – we’ll listen to what you picture, discuss the practicalities and suggest changes if necessary for production.
This depends on design, size, and quantity. Every custom product is unique and is priced individually.
We will provide a dieline for any product where print is required.
We can talk to you about the workability of your ideas based on the packaging you are considering. In most cases we have found it beneficial for the client to work with their own artist.
We manufacture on-site and also outsource locally and internationally. Lead times can vary from a few days to 10 weeks. We will discuss the lead time for your product early in our process.
This depends on the type of product. The main thing to remember is the larger the production run the cheaper the packaging.

Our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is established and maintained in accordance with ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-4, and all relevant statutory and customer-specific requirements.
Our commitment is to:
- Comply with all applicable food safety laws, regulations, and standards, including ISO 22000:2018;
- Conduct thorough hazard analysis and risk assessments to identify potential hazards at all stages of the process, from raw material sourcing to distribution;
